EMPP Conceptual Preview

It's too early to call this more than a conceptual preview, but anyway.

This world really needed another Instant Messaging protocol ;)
Pure XML just didn't seem right to me. That's like you want to use a Hammer as the only tool in your house: not very intelligent.
(No offense here, XML is great, but it's not the remedy for everything).

But, what does this mean?
